CS Graphics is delighted to welcome Sean McAuley to the team as our new Technical Sales Manager. Sean joined us in May 2026, bringing with him a wealth of practical, shop-floor experience that will be a tremendous asset to our customers right across Australia.
Sean is an experienced flexographic print specialist with a demonstrated history in the packaging and containers industry, built over a career with some of the sector’s leading names — including Amcor and Pro-Pac Packaging, where he most recently worked as a Team Leader in Print and Lamination. Over the years he has operated Uteco 8 and 10 colour presses, the Bobst Lemanic 10 gravure press, and W&H 10 colour gravure presses with inline lamination and coldseal, producing high-quality flexible packaging and folding cartons.
Alongside his hands-on press expertise, Sean is skilled in Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Flexographic and Gravure printing, and holds a Diploma in Business — Front Line Management, with a strong focus on Lean Manufacturing. It is this combination of deep production knowledge and process discipline that makes him so well suited to a technical sales role.
“Sean has spent his career standing at the press, so he understands exactly what our customers are working with and what they need to succeed,” said Chris Bodger, Director of Sales at CS Graphics. “That real-world experience is invaluable. He can talk to a printer or converter as a peer, identify where the right technology will make a genuine difference, and back it up with practical know-how. We’re thrilled to have him on board.”
In his new role, Sean will work alongside our customers to match the right equipment and technology to each application, and to help printers and converters get the very best return from their investment. His appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to providing expert, knowledgeable support to the Australian printing and packaging industry.
