Seven Presses and Counting: LabelForce Invests Again in Mark Andy

Western Australian label manufacturer LabelForce has strengthened its production capabilities with a new 9-colour Mark Andy Performance Series P7—its seventh Mark Andy press—supplied and supported by CS Graphics.
The milestone installation was recently featured in Labels Plus Magazine in an article titled “Built on Trust – LabelForce Strengthens Production with Seventh Mark Andy Press”.
For CS Graphics, the story demonstrates what successful equipment investment should look like: proven technology, responsive local support and a relationship built around the customer’s long-term success.

More than additional capacity

Family-owned LabelForce has built its reputation on fast turnaround, competitive pricing and personal service. Its latest investment provides the additional capacity, faster makeready times and production flexibility needed to maintain those standards as customer requirements continue to evolve.
The new press will help LabelForce respond to peaks in demand, accommodate new business and improve efficiency while maintaining the quality and turnaround times its customers expect.
The decision to purchase a seventh Mark Andy press is also a significant endorsement of the platform. LabelForce understands the equipment, its operators are familiar with it and the commonality across its pressroom helps support efficient production and greater self-sufficiency.

A highly versatile Performance Series P7

LabelForce’s new 9-colour Mark Andy Performance Series P7 has been configured to handle a broad variety of applications.
Its capabilities include GEW ARC LED curing technology and an extended substrate range—from approximately 12 to 550 microns—for applications extending beyond conventional pressure-sensitive labels. The press also incorporates rapid die-change technology, movable cold foil, lamination, turn-bar and de-lamination/re-lamination capabilities.
This flexibility is increasingly important as customers request shorter production runs, faster delivery and more sophisticated embellishments. Advances in flexographic automation, makeready efficiency and waste reduction allow modern flexo presses to remain highly competitive across a broad range of work.
By combining speed, flexibility and an extensive range of inline capabilities, the new P7 gives LabelForce additional options when matching each job to the most efficient production process.

Customer Support. Customer Satisfaction.

Perth’s distance from Australia’s eastern manufacturing centres makes dependable local knowledge and technical support especially important.
That is where CS Graphics’ role extends well beyond supplying equipment. We work to understand each customer’s production needs, recommend the right solution and provide continuing technical assistance throughout the equipment’s working life.
Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction may fit neatly with the CS Graphics name, but they are not simply marketing language. They represent the standard we aim to bring to every installation and every customer interaction.
As CS Graphics Director Chris Bodger said in the Labels Plus feature:
“We are immensely grateful to LabelForce for putting their trust in us and proud to continue to serve them.”
That trust must be earned through honest advice, technical knowledge, reliable service and a willingness to go the extra mile when a customer needs support.

A partnership built for the long term

The latest P7 represents another chapter in LabelForce’s continued investment in its people, technology and customers. It also reflects the value of strong relationships between label converters, equipment manufacturers and local service partners.
CS Graphics is proud to work alongside Mark Andy in supporting LabelForce’s growth and to help ensure its team receives lasting value from its equipment.
We congratulate Jason, Jack, Ernie and the entire LabelForce team on this important milestone. Seven Mark Andy presses is an outstanding achievement—and a compelling demonstration of what can be accomplished when proven technology is backed by shared knowledge, responsive support and mutual trust.
